The principal agent is Joseph Patano (MARN 1574783). Joseph obtained his education from UP Diliman (Bachelor of Arts), Ateneo Law School (Juris Doctor) and Australian National University (Migration Law and Practice). He was admitted to the practise of law in 2005 and started at Quasha Ancheta Pena & Nolasco, one of the oldest law firms in the Philippines before he co-founded Santillan Ibarra Chua and Patano Law Office. He moved to Australia in 2010 and worked in the commercial property industry and law enforcement sector.

Raquel Patano is the Practice Coordinator of My Visa Options. She is a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC No. M688). She completed Dental Medicine from Centro Escolar University (CEU) in 1995 and admitted to practice in 1996. As Practice Coordinator, she manages the day-to-day operations in Melbourne, directly deals with international students and liaises with the different schools around Australia.

Juan Carlos (MARN 1688153) is an independent agent at My Visa Options. He completed the Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice from the Australian National University. He has worked in different corporate settings and well-versed in the land-based recruitment industry. Juan Carlos holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Masters in Communication from Ateneo de Manila University and Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines College of Law. Carlos is a consummate professional and pays good attention to detail. He is approachable and understands the concerns of those wanting to migrate. He has lived in different countries such as the Philippines, Thailand, Australia and the United States.
Peter I. Galace is the representative of My Visa Options in the Philippines. Galace worked for six years with the 1,200 member-school Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) and also with the Fund for Assistance to Private Education (FAPE) and the Coordinating Council of Private Educational Associations (Cocopea) as Managing Editor and Programs Officer. He was also employed for five years by the World Health Organization (WHO), Western Pacific Region, as writer and editor, and as Technical Officer providing overall coordination, management support, and budget planning/development in the implementation of avian flu and dengue projects in 22 Asian countries. Galace traveled extensively overseas on official WHO missions and as a journalist.
S.M Pilar received her Bachelor’s degree from the Mapua Institute of Technology. She is very enthusiastic when it comes to entrepreneurship and technological advancement, and is the founder of GadgetForLess, Inc. and BYTES Tech Solutions Corp. She specialises in creating successful marketing campaigns and has over 10 years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
Joan Heron is has a Bachelor’s degree in IT and an Australian Certificate III in Individual Support. Alongside her role in My Visa Options, she is working as a community carer in Queensland.
